Answers to common questions about tickets, access, and festival planning.
The festival takes place from June 12–14, 2026, in Anderson Valley. This is our largest annual fundraiser, benefiting our local 501(c)(6) non-profit winegrowers’ community. It is a rare opportunity to connect deeply with the winemakers and families who craft our world-class wines.
Refunds can be requested up to 30 days before the event start date. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 10% handling fee.
We offer a full weekend of immersive wine experiences:
Friday, June 12: Educational Vineyard Seminars, Wine & Vineyard Tours, and the Sunset BBQ with live music.
Saturday, June 13: The Grand Tasting, the exclusive VIP Bubble Lounge, and our Silent Auction featuring library wines and unique treasures.
Sunday, June 14: Winery Open Houses—explore individual tasting rooms across the valley at your own pace.
The VIP Bubble Lounge is an elevated Saturday experience within the Grand Tasting. It focuses on Anderson Valley’s exceptional Sparkling wines and Rosés, offering a more exclusive atmosphere and premium pours for those looking to upgrade their festival weekend.
Our wines are defined by our coastal character. Because Pinot Noir is a temperamental, thin-skinned grape, it thrives in our cool, foggy climate. This results in a style with brighter fruit, lifted aromatics, and a naturally structured tannin profile that distinguishes us from other California regions.
More than 50 wineries participate, including our local Anderson Valley stars and two dozen prestige labels from Napa and Sonoma that specifically seek out our fruit to craft their high-end Pinot Noir.
Book your lodging immediately. Rooms in Anderson Valley typically fill up months in advance. We recommend looking for accommodations within the valley or exploring nearby options along the beautiful Mendocino Coast.
Due to our remote location, rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) and taxis are not available.
Safety: We prioritize the safety of our community. Please secure a designated driver or book a small group tour with Tour Mendocino in advance.
If you require accessibility assistance, please contact us at least 72 hours before the event. Note that the Grand Tasting is held on a large lawn; wheelchairs and knee scooters can be difficult to operate on this terrain and are not recommended for the main tasting area.
The dress code is “Vineyard Casual”. Evenings in Anderson Valley are chilly, so we recommend dressing in layers, especially for the Friday BBQ. Since the event is outdoors on grass, comfortable footwear is highly recommended (avoid stilettos).
No. Pinot Fest is a strictly 21+ adult wine event. No minors or pets are permitted (except for licensed service dogs). While you may see local children from our winery families—reflecting our community spirit—general admission is restricted to adults.
Seating is available but is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure a permanent spot on the lawn, guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.
